Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Switch/Maestro, Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
We do not charge any postage or packing on any order over £20 in value.* (UK only)
Orders £20 and under incur a minimal postage charge of £1.89
*Advanced Crafts only. Alternate rules apply to Advanced Office Products.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you within 7 business days, but in busy periods, this can take up to 14 days
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will refund its cost back to your card

Prices are shown with and without VAT at 17.5%

Returns Policy
We will replace any faulty goods with a new item within the manufacturers warranty period. Items must be returned to us for testing, and will be replaced as soon as testing deems them to be faulty. If it is not possible to replace with exact items, an alternative will be offered for your approval.
